If you have even hinted at taking your Diversity Equity and Inclusion efforts deeper, you probably have already run into interference and a host of conflicting opinions. You have donors to please. You have stockholders to consider. You have traditions that many hold dear. You have advocates who are understandably impatient. And in the middle of it all is you.

And I’d like to help with a VIP, one-day coaching session.

I wish I could put together the perfect plan for your organization- one that is easy to implement, will win you friends, and won’t cause any discomfort. But it’s okay. Because showing up with innovation, creativity and heart is something you’ve already had a lot of precast ice doing. You are the expert of your organization, and I believe you are perfectly suited for this moment. You just need a partner, a coach.

What I can promise you, is a day without shame, judgement or hopelessness.

Together we will meet to talk through your understanding of racial justice, the specific challenges of your organization, and the areas where you can start building a plan for the future. During our day together you will receive:

• The chance to ask any questions you wish about anti-racism issues or definitions

• Resources for deepening your understanding of anti-racism

• A safe place to process your experiences in pushing for anti-racism

• A clear understanding of your current culture and ways to influence that culture

• A co-created list of ways your organization could implement change
